  • Buyer certifies by purchasing a firearm from Longhorn Firearms & Silencers that he or she is legally qualified to purchase and own the firearm and that there are no state or local laws preventing ownership and owner will utilize a trigger lock to prevent accidents.
  • Buyer understands that all firearms are potentially dangerous if handled improperly.
  • As it is a matter of record that Longhorn Firearms & Silencers has no established testing facility, Longhorn Firearms & Silencers assumes no liability for the safe functioning of any firearm sold.
  • Buyer must be at least 18-21 years of age to purchase any firearm please check with your FFL / gun transfer dealer on age requirements in your state.
  • Upon purchase, buyer assumes all liability and responsibility including but not limited to the usage and safe storage of the purchased firearm.


Please read all information listed on our web site before purchasing, warranty, shipping etc. deposits are non-refundable and there is a 20% re stock fee on approved returns. Please ask any questions before placing an order.  All warranty issues should be sent direct to the original manufacturer or factory, Longhorn Firearms & Silencers does not cover the warranty but will be glad to assist you in facilitating your warranty claim.


The Firearm Buying Process (Non Class III items):

  1. Customer finds a local, licensed gun dealer that will handle the transfer.  Click here to find an FFL in your area:

  2. Customer purchases the firearm from Longhorn Firearms.
  3. The customers local FFL Dealer, needs to fax or email their licensing and shipping information to Longhorn Firearms along with a copy of the customers contact info and product purchased.
  4. Longhorn Firearms will ship your order to your local dealer, who will legally transfer the items to the customer. Longhorn Firearms will not ship to any address other than a licensed FFL dealer.
  5. Your local dealer will charge a transfer fee and take care of the paperwork necessary and give you your firearm.

The Firearm Buying Process (Class III items – SBR’s, Full Auto, Silencers):

  1. Customer finds a local, licensed gun dealer that will handle the transfer. Dealer must have a Class III license in addition to their FFL.
  2. Customer purchases product from Longhorn Firearms,  then customer will need to submit ATF paperwork and receive Federal Tax stamp in the mail. (Your local dealer can help you with this)
  3. Customer purchases the product from Longhorn Firearms.
  4. The customers local FFL Dealer, needs to fax or email their licensing and shipping information to Longhorn Firearms along with a copy of the customers contact info and product purchased.
  5. Longhorn Firearms will ship your order to your local dealer, who will legally transfer the items to the customer. Longhorn Firearms will not ship to any address other than a licensed FFL/Class III dealer.
  6. Your local dealer will charge a transfer fee and take care of the paperwork necessary and give you your firearm. You will need to bring your Federal tax stamp with you when picking up your item from your local dealer.
